Parish message of the week,

1. We wish to remind everyone of your obligations for Fast & Abstinence during Lent. All Catholics 14 years and older must abstain from eating meat on all Fridays in Lent.  On Good Friday, in addition to abstain from meat, Catholic between the ages of 18-60 are to fast.
2. Small collection boxes and envelopes for Lenten Campaign are ready for pick up at the door of the Church and the reception desk, lease be reminded to return on Good Friday.
3. Every Friday during Lent there will be a service for the Stations of the Cross in Chinese. For confession in English, please call the reception desk and leave  your name and telephone number.
4. On Sunday, March 12th, there will be a 3-hour Lenten Retreat in English held after mass at the Parish Hall from 1:45pm.  The theme of the retreat is “The Last Supper: Being Disciples in the World.”   There will be reflections presented on the Last Supper from the Gospel of St John as well as time for private prayer and meditation.   All are welcome to join to get ourselves better prepared for the Easter.
