a. We entrust Bank of China (Hong Kong) (hereinafter referred to as the “Bank”) to use the bank’s online donation system to process our online donation service. Donors will be directed to the bank’s online donation system to complete the entire donation process.
b. To activate online donation, when you enter the bank’s online donation system, the bank will start collecting the following personal data:
– Donor and contact name
– Donor and contact phone number
– Donor and contact email Address
– Donor’s postal address
– Donor’s credit card details and/or
– Donor’s bank account details
c. We may collect personal Name and contact information, and no credit card information and/or bank account information will be requested.
d. We also do not collect credit card information and/or bank account information if we communicate with you by mail, email or electronic communications.
e. The provision of the above personal data to us is voluntary. If you are unwilling to do so, it may prevent us from accomplishing the purposes listed above.
f. When you browse our website, we may collect basic information about your operating system and browser, and IP address from your browsing device, such information only provides us with statistical data on website usage.
