Frequently Asked Questions:
- The payment account or credit card used for online donation will be charged immediately.
- If “E-Receipt” is selected, the official receipt will be sent by email from [email protected] to your email address within 24 hours (do not reply). Reminder to also check the “Junk Email” folder and add safe sender if necessary.
- If “Hard Copy” is selected, the official receipt will be sent to you from Parish Office by post within four weeks (only for donation amount HK$100 or above), your patience is much appreciated.
- Donation amount of HK$100 or above is eligible for tax deduction.
- For issues related to donation transactions, please send email and be sure to include the “Txn Ref Number” or the screen captures in email correspondences.
