21st Sunday of the Year (Year C)

Parish message of the week,

  1. We continue to remind parishioners to be especially careful approaching the scaffolding around the parish centre. Also remember that there is only limited parking available throughout the weekend.
  2. In compliance with the newest regulations of the government for the enhanced Vaccine Pass scheme, those faithful with amber code will not be able to enter a church or chapel to take part in Sunday Mass, but may receive communion in a separate area. Please check with the Reception Desk for details.
  3. Any couple preparing for marriage before the end of this year and who need to attend a pre-Marriage Course, a new course in English will begin in September. Leave your name and both a telephone and email contact at the reception desk for Fr. McCabe.
  4. Those who wish to have their child baptized in the coming months, please fill out the application and submit it with all the documents needed and a telephone and email contact as soon as possible. We have limited time slots available in September and October.
  5. We will continue to post Masses in live-feed for those who are unable to come to church on Sundays (9:30 a.m. in Cantonese; 12:30 p.m. in English).
  6. As some have already heard, there will be some changes in personnel at our parish starting in October and November. Father McCabe has been asked to return to serve his Society in new ministries at their general house starting November 1st; a new Maryknoll priest has been assigned to take his place by Bishop Chow, and will arrive at the beginning of October.

Thank you!
