Parish messages of the week,

1. All those who have blessed Palm branches from past year may return them to the parish information counter so that we may prepare the Holy Ashes for 2024.
2. Next Sunday (11 February) is Chinese New Year, we would invite you to dress in chinese costume to attend the mass.
3. Our Ash Wednesday Mass in English and distribution of Ashes will take place on 14^th February 2024 at 7:30 p.m. in the Parish Hall. As this year Ash Wednesday falls within the festivities of the Lunar New Year, the Diocese has decided that all faithful are dispensed from fast and abstinence on that day. However, are still obliged and encouraged to choose some other suitable forms of penance or acts of charity.
4. We wish to remind all couples who have welcomed a new child in recent months that we continue to have baptisms for infants on an individual basis. Please pick up the forms at the front desk for INFANT BAPTISM and return them to Fr. Everson with all the required documents with an email and phone contact. A date for baptism will be set only after Fr. Everson has received the required documents and has met with the parents.
