Parish message of the week,

1. Due to continuing precautions by the Government during this period of the COVID-19 virus, all Masses – daily and Sunday – are suspended completely until 28^th Before 28 February there will be further guidelines from the Diocese of Hong Kong. There are copies of the prayers for a spiritual communion in the church – it you take one, please keep it with you; do not put it back with the other papers.
2. This coming Wednesday, 26^th February 2020 is ASH WEDNESDAY, and despite no imposition of ashes nor ceremonies that day, it remains a day of fast, abstinence from meat, and prayer for all Catholics over the age of 18 and who have not completed their 60^th
3. Because of this situation, RCIA Class for those who will be baptized this year will be suspended but the class members will be directed to a CCTV site for this week’s class.
4. The new evening Mass in English, scheduled to begin on February 29^th at 5:00 p.m. at Christ the King chapel, Causeway Bay will be suspended until we get clearance from the Diocese to re-schedule Masses.
5. Our catechumens who will be baptized at Easter will undergo the Rite of Election on Sunday March 1^st during the 12:30 p.m. Mass, if the Mass schedule is resumed that week.
