12th SUNDAY IN ORDINARY TIME – (B)

Parish message of the week,

  1. From August 8 to 12 (give or take a day or so), many young guests from overseas will be hosted by our Diocese for the 2018 Taize Meeting for young adults. The Diocese urgently needs “host families” who could accommodate a guest or two (accommodation and breakfast) during the time of the meeting. Anyone who is interested can leave their name and contact information at the reception Desk of the parish, and also get a print-out with more information on the meeting.
  2. Applications for a new class conducted in English for adults over the age of 20 seeking to be baptized into the Catholic Church or who are baptized Christians but wish to become Catholics are available on the parish website and at the reception desk. The classes will be held on Friday evenings beginning 31st August 2018.
  3. Registration has begun for children of the parish for the religious education program that takes place on Saturday mornings. This program is for children between the ages of 6 and 11 years who reside within the boundaries of our parish, and whose first language is English, or they currently attend an international school, and whose families attend Mass at our parish. The enrollment forms can be picked up at the Reception Desk.
